Good Morning

Slept at 2:15 this morning and woke up at 8:30 in the morning. No class today, I should be sleep for 8 hours  my alarm set at 10am, but I woke up naturally before the alarm ring after 6 hours and 15 minutes of rest. What can I do now? Obviously is to complete all my tasks on hand, assignments, reports and also formal letters for VIPs.

Before I start my one day journey, the most important 1, energy input of the day, BREAKFAST!!!

I ate a slice of wholemeal bread (90 kCal)

An apple (60 kCal) and 250ml Dutch Lady full cream milk (155kCal)

I love the morning scenery, it's so peace and refreshing. I look through my window from my room, there is a huge tree in front of me and I can breath in the fresh air. I love nature!!! =) 




I want to shout out loud:"Good morning, everyone!" ^^
